How to prepare for PO exam?
Preparation for PO exam is not a hard job. It requires a slight preparation only. POD of a bank is selected on the basis of the interview and written test. Probably every bank has same prototype of question papers. It consists of descriptive test and objective test. The objective test basically carries 200-300 marks and the time give to them among 2-3 hours. In this test their will be negative marking for giving wrong answer. The descriptive test is usually of 1 hr and it consists of essay type questions based on comprehension in English. There are some steps that should be followed during the preparation of POD exam.
Reasoning Aptitude
In this part, questions are usually consists of diagram, statement, analysis etc. the person should be eager and clever in attempting this questions. The person is tested on the cleverness used by him to solve the paper. They may also look in the last year question paper, as it will help him a lot.
General Awareness

Quantitative Aptitude
In this part, maths question of class Xth is asked like profit and loss, algebra, percentage, etc. for the preparation of this paper the person must have class Xth maths book.
Some of the reference books are Abhijit Guha, Quantitative Apitude, R.S Agarwal and R.K gupta for maths. These are some of the book which will help you during the preparation of op exam.
